Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching

Coaching originated in England, meaning, “to convey a person of value from where he/she is to where he/she wants to be.”

The best always have a coach.  Why?  Because the best know that a coach brings a different perspective.  A coach can help us see patterns that don’t serve us well.  Whether it’s the way we lift our head in our golf swing, or how we shy away from holding our work team accountable.  A coach can help us stretch ourselves whether it’s after the work out in the gym or encouraging us to try fresh responses to work place situations.

A coach helps us bring our best to “the game”.  It’s why we have our own external coaches who work with us regularly.

At Orchard Advisors we don’t coach sports (although we love them), we coach CEO’s and members of their executive team.

Executive coaching is unique for each leader.  It is an experiential process that builds a leader’s capability to achieve short- and long-term organizational goals.  We create a coaching plan based on the needs of the executive and the organization, set goals accordingly and establish check points to measure and ensure progress.  The executive coaching process is both a structured and a fluid way of achieving sustainable results.
