Elizabeth Crook – CEO & Founder

CEOs who want to grow their profitability, value, and impact call on my expertise. Working with them and their teams, I help them develop strategic clarity and effective execution.

I was a Gazelles/Scaling Up Certified Coach (15 years) and one of the first Certified Metronomics and 3HAG Coaches. The work of Jim Collins, Michael Porter, Shannon Susko, Verne Harnish, Patrick Lencioni, and others further enriches my approach.

Yet content isn’t enough.

Facilitating a client’s thinking is critical. That’s why I have studied and practiced facilitation for over twenty years, completing the Master of Technology of Participation. I design and develop approaches to address my client’s situation. One size doesn’t fit all. Working with me is the difference between buying a suit off the rack and having one custom tailored for you.

Clients value my insight, skill, and ability to ask the hard questions gently. I help them make sense of complex situations, allowing them to discern creative and practical approaches. They count me as the go-to person for those “what do we do with this moments”.

Before founding Orchard Advisors, my reputation as someone with “a record of success doing things that had never been done before,” created opportunities to drive growth in new markets and new products as an executive in the US and Latin America, including successfully raising venture capital.

Additionally, I have twenty years  of creative work as a personal strategist and thinking partner to successful individuals who want to explore the next phase of their life and leadership. This formed the basis for my book Live Large: The Achiever’s Guide to What’s Next (Greenleaf, 2017).

Believing in making the world a better place fueled my decades-long involvement as a member and presenter of  the Social Venture Circle (previously the Social Venture Network), my company being the first B-Corp in Tennessee, and my leadership work with the YWCA serving as member, Board Chair and instigator of an innovative partnership with the Dollar General Corporation.

My credentials include a BA from Vanderbilt University and MS from Tennessee State University.
